Activities for the Digital Camera

1. Hold a scavenger hunt . Create a list of objects for students to find and take pictures of.
2. Create a brochure. Students can take pictures of the library and create an informational brochure describing its features.
3. Develop a photo album consisting of pictures of students.
4. Edit pictures to either improve them or make them look silly.

Activities for the Scanner

1. Design a "me" poster. Have students bring in pictures from home to scan. The pictures can then be saved and put together as a collage.

1. Create a cool slide show . Students can work in groups to develop a slide show on the subject of their choice. Show students how to add sounds and animation.
