Description	National Bank, 201 S. Vine. (Later became The National Bank). Bank robbery in the night in January 1899 netted six robbers $3,700.00 They made their escape to Arcola on a railroad handcar. They apparently split up with three each hitching a ride South and North on railroad freight train. This picture of the "Burglar proof" safe with door blown off with dynamite
